◆ The definition of workdays and holidays shall be based on the Hotel policy.

◆ No pets and no smoking.

◆ Free shuttling service from Xincheng Railway Station to the Hotel is available for those making reservation at least one day before the check-in date.

◆ Check-in Time: after 15:00 Check-out time: before 11:00 am

◆ Additional bed: $600+10%; without breakfast. If you need breakfast, please order it at the restaurant directly.

◆ Free baby beds available for each room (one bed at most).

◆ Please pay for the additional fees while checking in.

◆ Indoor and outdoor parking space available.

【Cancellation policy】
◆ Please make cancelation online for reservation online and pay for the cancelation service fee.

◆ The refund will be processed for 14-21 working days.

◆ Cancelation service fee:
*Canceling the reservation on check-in date: 100% of the deposit.
*Canceling the reservation 1 day before the check-in date: 80% of the deposit.
*Canceling the reservation 2-3 days before the check-in date: 70% of the deposit.
*Canceling the reservation 4-6 days before the check-in date: 60% of the deposit.
*Canceling the reservation 7-9 days before the check-in date: 50% of the deposit.
*Canceling the reservation 10-13 days before the check-in date: 30% of the deposit.
